Important Notice:
1. Please note that exit penalty charges and accompanying legal fees, among other factors, may be involved with your existing lender when refinancing.
2. For equity release, there may be early loan repayment penalties to consider as well as legal, valuation and other charges. In all cases, our usual credit approval procedures will apply.
3. We will not take a second charge over a property and so any existing loans from other lenders, secured against subject properties, must be refinanced with us, prior to securing an additional equity release facility.
